Private and small group personal training sessions focus on the mind, body and sprit elements existing in each of us, which need to be nurtured. Small group session training is a great way to have a personal trainer design a program to meet your goals at a fraction of the cost. If the group consists of friends or colleagues, it also provides a supportive environment lead by the trainer. Personal training can be provided at the client’s home, in a studio or outdoors.
Program development:
Program development focuses on training on and off the bench. Innovative and non-traditional approaches are used to provide a program that is different and exciting for the client. The goal is to provide a program that doesn’t become boring or routine or one that requires expensive equipment.
Initial Consultation: The most important step of the program development. The client’s goals current medical and physical levels are assessed. The information gathered in the initial step forms the basis of program development.

Program design: Based upon the information gathered in the initial consultation, a detailed program is designed for the client. Each exercise is documented and explained, making it easy for the client to follow the program when not working out with the trainer.
Progress is monitored and adjustments are made to the program to reflect progression.
Follow-Up: Between session calls are made to the client to check-in on how the client is doing.
